As a part of INC. (Industry and Customer Success) at Microsoft, I was responsible for crafting our organization’s all-hands meetings, which are designed to deliver clarity on business goals and direction, build energy in our engagements with industry-focused business software solutions, and create a sense of shared purpose of teams achieving a unified goal.

Visual concepts were created through a collaborative process, and directly corresponded to content of each meeting. Visuals were created as a kit-of-parts that could extend to deck design, decor, videos, and experiences.

Success of our team’s efforts was measured through a live rating system, post-event survey, and post-event listening tours. Learnings were integrated into post-event recaps and event kickoff meetings to provide opportunity for process improvement.
